The queen suite was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my visit. However, the pool was closed, which was disappointing, and there were some issues with the sofa bed cleanliness that could use attention. Overall, it's a decent choice for a family stay, but there's room for improvement in certain areas.

We visited the local amusement park and checked out the nearby shopping area. The pool was nice, and the rooms were spacious enough for all of us. Just a heads up, the breakfast had decent options, but I wish there were more hot protein choices.
There was some noise outside our room at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

It was just a fitting option for a transient visit in Erie with very good value for money. They had two sealed plates in the microwave, which saved me from asking for utensils. Don't forget to bring cash if you like to tip.

We had a lovely stay with a great breakfast selection and enjoyed the cozy pool area. We had a lovely stay! The location was excellent, just a short drive to the mall and Presque Isle. The 24-hour coffee bar was a hit with the kids, and the clean rooms made us feel right at home. Pro tip, reserve pool time early for a quieter experience!

missingWrote a review on Jul 23pool areaoutdoor seatingbonfire pitcleanliness issues
The pool area has a nice design, perfect for families looking to unwind after a day out. The outdoor seating includes a bonfire pit, offering a cozy spot for evening relaxation.
The elevator was out of order during our stay, causing some inconvenience while hauling our luggage. Found a few unpleasant surprises in the room, including toenails on the floor and a strange stain on the ottoman. The bathroom had a persistent hammering noise, possibly from plumbing issues, which made for a less than peaceful environment. Overall cleanliness felt inconsistent. after the housekeeping service, it still didn't meet expectations.
